Recap on Four Principles
Last time we looked at an overview of the 4 Basic Principles that are the building blocks of this course. How did you get on with your challenges? Did you jot down which veg are being eaten in your household at the moment? Share with a friend or family member? Dig into the principles a little more?
Now let’s take a look at how everyone who influences the food your child eats can come together as much as possible to ensure the biggest chance of success. We’ll start with ourselves as parents – how much veg do we eat, do our kids see us eating it, etc? – and touch on what to do if you just don’t like veg, as well as another simple challenge to help you see your own influence and how that can mean a high chance of success in this course with just a few small steps for you as well as your child along the way.
